Kishtwar : Chief Education Officer, Kishtwar, Sudershan Kumar Sharma, along with Assistant Engineer, SAMAGRA-Shiksha (SmS), Adil Mehraj Butt and other officials of CEO office Saturday visited Government High School Tagood and took stock of the progress of the construction work of the building there.
The construction of the school building has been taken up under the State Capex Budget with an estimated cost of Rs 1.50 crore and Rs 1.11 crore stands allotted so far.
During the inspection, the CEO found that the work is at ground level and work on the retaining wall has been completed.
Meanwhile, the CEO directed AE, Construction Division III ,SmS and executing agency to expedite the pace of work and complete the project in stipulated time period.
The Engineering Wing was further directed to monitor the pace and quality of work to ensure that the project is completed without any delay.
