Awareness event on PMEGP, JREGP held at Reasi Village

Reasi  : An Awareness programme on Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) & Jammu & Kashmir Rural Employment Generation Programme (JKREGP) was Wednesday organised by Khadi & Village Industries Board Reasi here at Saldi Bhaga village.
During the awareness event, the locals were educated about the benefits of the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) & Jammu & Kashmir Rural Employment Generation Programme (JKREGP).
Incharge District Officer KVIB Reasi, Amarjeet Singh informed the locals that under the twin schemes the applicants are provided easy loan facilities through recognized financial institutions for setting up ventures in manufacturing and services sectors.
“Insubsidized and technical environments new ventures of manufacturing and service sectors can be opened under PMEGP & JKREGP” he said.
The camp was chaired by Gurdev Kumar, General Manager DIC Reasi in presence of Habib-Ullaha-Najar Lead District Manager, Branch Head J&K Bank Agharjitto & Bhaga; Anita Kumari CLF President Cluster-B; Coordinator Mahila Shakti
