Police facilitates PCPG meeting in Handwara

Handwara : As a part of public outreach program, Police in Handwara facilitated a Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting at Police Station Kralgund.
In a statement issued on Monday police said that the meeting was chaired by Dy SP Kralgund accompanied by SHO PS Kralgund. The meeting was attended by respectable citizens, Panchs, Sarpanchs and traders of Kralgund area.
During the meeting, the participants raised various issues pertaining to Police and civil authorities. The chairing officer assured the participants that their genuine grievances pertaining to Police will be resolved on priority and the issues pertaining to civil administration will be taken up with concerned authorities for their early redressal. The chairing officer also sought their cooperation in maintaining peace & stability in the area besides, identifying anti-national & anti-social elements.
The participants in the meeting assured their full co-operation to Police and Administration in tackling social evils and also appreciated the efforts of Police in facilitating community interaction meets where participants express their opinions freely.
