Tehsildar Karnah chairs Mega Block Diwas at Sudpora

Kupwara: The TehsildarKarnah on Wednesday chaired a Mega Block Diwas programme at Sudpora, Karnah.
DDC Member, Adv. Najma Hameed, BDC Chairpersons of Tangdar and Teetwal, BDOs of Teetwal and Tangdar, Officers from Civil administration and PRIs, besides, general public attended the day long Block Diwas programme.
The TehsildarKarnah in his address urged the people to participate in Gram Sabhas for proper planning and development of their villages and to ensure genuineness of the works being executed.
The Tehsildar assured the PRIs that their genuine developmental issues shall be resolved on priority.
He directed the officers to conduct regular field visits and ensure that all public grievances shall be redressed timely.
Earlier, PRIs and senior citizens projected various developmental issues of the area before the chair.
Officers also spoke and replied to the queries raised by the PRIs and public. They also gave awareness regarding developmental schemes of their respective departments.
