Jammu : Police on Thursday said that two different missing complaints were lodged at Police station Gandhinagar Jammu, i.e, missing report of a boy namely Ajeet Singh S/o Govind Singh R/O Ram Nagar Udhampur and missing report of a minor boy namely Ankit Sharma S/o Kamal Kumar R/o Jourian Akhnoor, by the legal heirs of boys stating therein that boys went missing from their respective home.
In a statement issued on Thursday police said that two different missing reports i.e missing report of boy namely Ajeet Singh vide DD No 17 dated 17.03.2022 and missing reportof minor boy were registered at PS Gandhi Nagar and investigation started.
Stating further that special police teams led by PS Gandhinagar under the supervision of SDPO South Sachit Sharma were constituted, police in its statement further said that the team led by SHO PS Gandhinagar Inspr Pankaj Sharma after hectic efforts traced both the missing boys, stating therein further that subsequently families of the traced boys were informed and both the traced boys were handed over to their respective family members after completing all the legal formalities.
