Int’l Women’s Day: Conference on the life of Lala Arifa held at Sopore

Sopore  : As part of International Women’s day being observed throughout the world, Azmat e Niswaan wing of Kashmir Society in collaboration with District Information Office Baramulla, Jamaat Aitqaad Hanafiya International & Girls Higher Secondary School Sopore Tuesday organised an iconic conference in commemoration of Hazrat Lala Arifa.
A galaxy of educationists, academicians, writers, teachers, students among other prominent stakeholders participated in the conference.
Chairman Kashmir Society, Khawja Farooq Ranzu delivered the keynote address and threw light on different aspects of the life and Contribution of Hazrat Lala Arifa towards the development and promotion of faith and spirituality.
Apart from the students, other speakers also spoke at the event and highlighted the related aspects associated with the day.
Best performing students were appreciated with the commendation certificates at the conclusion of the conference.
