Rajouri : To mark the celebration of International Women Day, Sunderbani Forest Range on Tuesday organised a plantation drive here at Government Middle School Salyote. Medicinal and Ornamental plants were planted by SarpanchSalyote, Sharda Devi along with staff of the school.
The plantation drive was organised by Block Officer Sunderbani, Rangeel Singh and Block Officer Devak, VedParkash.
Range officer Sunder BaniRakeshVerma greeted the women present on the occasion by planting medicinal and ornamental plants in the premises of the School.
The plantation drive was conducted under the direct supervision of VivekVerma, Conservator of Forests West Circle Rajouri and Neelima Shah, Divisional Forest Officer Nowshera.
