Ramban : Councillor of the District Development Council, Ramban, Renuka Katoch on Saturday kick started construction work of Tractor Road from Lekdi to Sheetla Mata Mandir in Sildhar Panchayat.
Speaking on the occasion Renuka Katoch informed that the tractor road project of Rs 8 Lakh has been approved under her DDC Area Development Fund, 2021-22.
The Councillor said that it was a long pending demand of the people of DDC constituency Ramban-B and with the completion of this 2.75 km long tractor road nearly 1200 people of Sildhar Panchayat will be benefited.
The PRIs and locals present on the occasion thanked the DDC CouncilorRenuka Katoch for starting construction of Tractor Road to provide road connectivity in the first developmental plan.
Renuka Katoch directed Engineers of Rural Development Department to complete the construction work within prescribed time.
