DC Kulgam reviews, finalises arrangements for JKSSRB Accounts Assistant exam

Kulgam  : To review and finalize the arrangements for Accounts Assistant exams of JKSSRB, scheduled to be held on 06 March, 2022, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat Saturday chaired a meeting of officers at Resthouse Chawalgam, here.
During the meeting the DC took a detailed stock of arrangements that have been put in place to conduct these exams smoothly.
On the occasion the, the DC impressed upon all officers to ensure smooth conduct of the exams. He instructed Centre Superintendents, duty magistrates and observers to follow the instructions issued in letter and spirit.
He also reviewed all requisite arrangements put in place at designated examination centers.
Dr Bilal instructed centre superintendents to verify CCTV surveillance besides to ensure availability of all facilities for the candidates in advance and to ensure no lapse of any arrangements at any centre in the district.
ARTO Kulgam was directed by the DC to ensure necessary transport arrangements for carrying examination material are in place.
The meeting was attended by ADC, ACR, CPO, ACD, SDM, CEO, Principals of GDCs and concerned tehsildars among others.
After the meeting, the DC visited several designated examination centres and firsthand appraisal of the arrangements put in place for conducting the examination.
It is in place to mention that the exam is being conducted in District Kulgam at more than 25 locations with more than 5500 students taking part in the exam.
Later, the DC visited Lerow to take stock of the progress on construction of officers’ residential quarters. He directed the implementing agency to ensure work on the project is completed within stipulated time.
