Accts Asst Exam: DDC Rajouri reviews preparedness

Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal Saturday chaired a meeting of the duty magistrates, observers, superintendents and deputy superintendents to review the preparedness for the smooth conduct of the Finance Account Assistant exams to be held on March 06.
Officers who attended the meeting were ADDC, Pawan Kumar; ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; ACR, Imran Rashid Qataria, DSEO, Bilal Rashid Mir; DYSP, Purapkar Singh, duty magistrates, observers, superintendents and deputy superintendents.
Threadbare discussion was held on framing traffic management plan, sanitation of exam centres, washroom and uninterrupted supply of power and water in exam centres, OMR packing process, accommodation facilities, provision of vehicles, manpower for the receipt, dispatch of examination material, security in and around strong room and examination centres, besides proper sensitization of examination centre etc was held in the meeting.
The meeting was informed that the examination shall be held on 06 of March 2022 from 12 noon to 2 PM at 29 examination centres.
It was informed in the meeting that mobile phones, digital watches and other electronic devices would not be allowed inside the exam centre. The candidates would be allowed to carry ball-pens (blue/black), Admit card and Identity proof inside the exam hall.
ADDC, ADC, DSEO also sensitised participants about the roles and responsibilities of the officers deployed for the conduct of examination.
