Kishtwar : To review the implementation of MUMKIN and Tejaswani schemes of Mission Youth, a meeting of District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) was held Thursday here under the chairmanship of the District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kishtwar Ashok Kumar Sharma.
At the outset, the Nodal Officer (AD, Employment) Kishtwar briefed the meetingabout the current status of the cases approved in the earlier DLIC meetings.
Later, applications of several unemployed eligible youth of the district seeking benefits of Mumkin and Tejaswini Schemes were put before the Committee for approval.
The meeting, after reviewing each application, approved 151 new cases under MUMKIN and 15 new cases under Tejaswini.
So far the DLIC has approved 100 cases under MUMKIN and 29 cases under Tejaswini in the current financial year (2021-22).
Among others, the meeting was attended by District Social Welfare Officer Tariq ParveazQazi; AD Employment Kishtwar Amit Kumar; ARTO, FM DIC, Employment Officer and Representatives from LDM office, Cluster Head Office JK Bank, JKEDI Kishtwar.
