Srinagar: The School Education Department has suspended the principal of a Government Higher Secondary in Srinagar for alleged misconduct.
Director School Education Kashmir said, “Principal of a government educational institute in Soura area of Srinagar has been suspended for his alleged misconduct.”
The suspended principal has been allegedly placed under suspension with immediate effect and attached with the office of Chief Education Officer, Srinagar.
Principal Girls Higher Secondary School, Soura has been asked to hold the charge of Principal Boys Higher Secondary School Soura in addition to her own duties.
The director has further also directed the Chief Education Officer Srinagar to conduct an inquiry into the matter within seven days and fix the responsibility on the other delinquent officials of the institution
