DC Kishtwar inspects progress of road projects in Nagseni, Paddar blocks

Kishtwar : Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Tuesday Tuesday conducted a day-long tour of Sub Division Paddar and Block Nagseni to inspect the progress of work on road projects.
The DC inspected the work on Cheerji , Sazar, Chitoo , Ongaie, Kaban, Jar to Afani and Galhar to Sansari roads.
He was accompanied by Additional District Development Commissioner Sham Lal; OC GREF Gautam Kumar; SDM Paddar Varunjeet Singh Charak; Tehsildar Atholi Paddar, BDO Paddar and XEn PMGSY Mohinder Sen besides others Concerned. Directions were issued to the executing agencies to deploy sufficient manpower and finish all projects in a time bound manner.
The Executive Engineer PMGSY Mohinder Sen briefed the Deputy Commissioner that all pending bottlenecks have been cleared including land issues and work shall be completed within the given timelines.
The Deputy Commissioner also exhorted PMGSY to strictly abide by the set targets for BT.
The Deputy Commissioner said that these roads are the lifeline projects as on completion these will cater to thousands of people living in the far flung areas of the district.
