Additional Dir SKIMS among 4 others transferred

Jammu : The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of two senior IAS officers and posted R K Goyal as Financial Commissioner J&K Home Department. Meanwhile in two other separate orders the Government has ordered transfers of four other top officials including Additional Director S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Srinagar.
According to an order issues by the General Administration Department, Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS (AGMUT:1990) has been posted Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Home Department. As per the order, Shaleen Kabra, IAS (AGMUT:1992) Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department has been transferred and posted Financial Commissioner (Revenue).
According to two other separate order issued from the General Administration Department Gulzar Ahmad Dar Additional District Development Commissioner Srinagar has been transferred and posted Additional Director, SKIMS, Srinagar and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government. According to the order he has been asked to also hold the charge of the post of Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.According to the order Reyaz Ahmad Wani, JKAS, Additional Director SKIMS, Srinagar and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, holding additional charge of the post of Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted Special Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department. Commissioner, Bandipore, holding additional charge of Registrar, District Bandipore, has been transferred and posted Additional District Development Commissioner Srinagar.
Similarly, in a separate order government has transfered Narinder Kour Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu. Kour has been subsequently posted Additional Secretary to the Government, Public Grievances Department, with immediate effect.
