Horticulture deptt clears promotion of 15 officials of Jammu division

Jammu  : Departmental Promotion Committee meeting of Non-Gazetted Cadre of Horticulture Department, Jammu Division was held under the chairmanship of Director Horticulture Jammu, Ram Savak, here Thursday.
The Departmental Promotion Committee cleared the regular promotion of 15 Divisional/ District Cadre officials of Ministerial as well as Executive Cadre.
Non-Gazetted Ministerial as well as Executive staff thanked the Director Horticulture, Jammu for convening DPCs at regular intervals and clearing the promotion cases of all the Non-Gazetted Cadres. Besides, the employees of the Department also thanked Deputy Director Horticulture (Administration) and Farooq Ahmed Wani, Under Secretary, Horticulture Department, J&K and other members of the DPC for clearing their regular promotion.
The Director issued on the spot instructions to all district officers to place the eligible officials to the next scale on the date of occurrence of vacancy vis-a-vis eligibility.
