Block Divas: DC Samba addresses Public Grievances at Nonath Panchayat

Samba : District Administration Samba today organised a weekly Block Divas meeting at village Nonath of Ghagwal block and addressed various grievances of the public.
Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta, addressed several issues and demands of the locals on the spot. She laid emphasis upon expediting the pending works of roads, laying of water pipelines besides directing revenue officials to submit action taken reports on revenue department related grievances immediately in her office.
The DC stressed on providing immediate relief in areas facing shortage of drinking water through water tanker service. She also took cognizance of the network issues and assured to resolve the same on priority through network operators.
During the block divas the public grievances, noted in previous camps, were also reviewed in presence of officers and locals.
Keys of commercial vehicles were also handed over to Mumkin scheme beneficiaries viz Kamal Badyal and Rohit Choudhary.
DDC members Suresh Kumar, Asha Rani, BDC Chairman Vijay Tagotra, BDC Chairman Rajpura Radhey Shyam, Senior Superintendent of Police Abhishek Mahajan, SDM Ghawal, Ram Keshav Sharma, Assistant Commissioner Development Sidharath Dhiman besides sarpanches, panches, other district and sectoral officers were also present.
