DDC Rajouri inspects progress of work on NH 144A in Sunderbani subdivision

Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, VikasKundal Monday inspected the progress on widening of NH144A during a tour to Sunderbani subdivision.
DDC was accompanied by ADC Subderbani, Vinod Kumar Behnal; Assistant Collector Defence, SaleemQuershi and Officers from Engineering wing of GREF.
Regarding the issue of alignment of the road and land acquisition in Thandapani area, the DC issued a string of directions to resolve the bottleneck. He asked the ADC Sunderbani and AC Defence to organise a special Gramsabha and resolve the issue at the earliest. He asked the BRO to expedite the progress on the project where the acquisition of land is complete.
Underlining the importance of the project, the DDC asked the BRO to put in extra efforts to ensure that the work on the project is completed within the already set timeline so that people are benefited at the earliest.
