AYUSH Ramban distributes 711 immunity boosting medicines kits

Ramban : Free immunity boosting medicine kits were Saturday distributed by Department of Indian System of Medicine, AYUSH, Ramban among the locals here at village Chareel, Kanthigali, Paristan, Sumbad, Tanger,Mahu and other areas.
The AYUSH teams also sensitized people about the importance of Covid Appropriate Behaviour.
As per District Nodal Officer AYUSH, Dr. Sanjay Chadha, over 711 immunity boosting kits of 6 Medicines were distributed among people across the district.
The Medical Officers and paramedical staff also gave a detailed briefing on the importance of strong immunity in fighting against COVID-19.
They also informed about the initiatives and measures undertaken by the ISM, AYUSH to contain and prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection besides urging them to follow Covid SoPs including wearing face masks, washing hands and maintaining physical distance.
Nodal Officer Immunity boosting, Dr. Masood Iqbal Zarger delivered a lecture on the importance of immunity boosting Ayurvedic and Unani drugs. He also sensitised the participants about the importance of Yoga in daily life.
The Doctor also urged people to take their children in the 15-17 years age group to nearest Covid Vaccination Centres for inoculation which is the only option to prevent them from deadly infection.
