Doda : Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Khalid Jahangir and District Development Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma Monday discussed the arrangements for conduct of forthcoming Accounts Assistant Finance exams scheduled to be held on March 6, 2022.
The Chairman JKSSB sought full support and cooperation of District Administration for ensuring smooth and transparent conduct of the said examination. He informed the DDC that JKSSB for the first time has decided to employ the CCTV surveillance system and Biometric attendance at all examination centres for conduct of OMR examination.
The DDC Doda ensured full cooperation and informed that sufficient number of deployment of Magistrates, Centre Observers, Flying Squads, Invigilator Staff etc. would be made in advance after their proper training. It was further informed that invigilator staff would be deployed on a random basis through software for maintaining fairness, transparency and Secrecy.
Issues like safe and secure transportation of examination material and its secure custody in the District Strong Rooms with CCTV surveillance, preparation of examination centres and training of invigilator staff etc were also discussed and basic sketch/ plan was chalked out.
