6 IAS Officers promoted, One promoted as Comr Secy, 3 designated as Secretaries to Govt, Haseeb gets Sr Time Scale

Srinagar | Feb,14:  The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Monday ordered promotions of six IAS officers of different grades and levels . One IAS Officer has been promoted to the positions Commissioner Secretary and three others to the position of Secretaries to Government. Another IAS Officer Faz Lul Haseeb recently posted Addition Deputy Commissioner Srinagar has been promoted to senior Time Scale

According to an order issued from the General Administration Department  Sheetal Nanda, IAS (AGMUT:2006)  and Saugat Biswas, IAS (AGMUT:2006) have been promoted to the Super Time Scale of IAS (Level 14 of Pay matrix) with effect from 01.01.2022. The Government in it’s order also said that the officers shall undergo mid career Phase-IV training as an when deputed by Government of  India and also pass the departmental examination  within one year, as applicable.
Subsequently Sheetal Nanda, according to the order, has been designated as Commissioner/ Secretary to  the Government.
In the said order the Government also ordered the promotion of three other IAS officers Sushma Chauhan IAS, Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS (AGMUT:2009) and Sarmad Hafeez, IAS to the Selection Grade of IAS (Level 13 of Pay matrix) with effect from Ist January 2022.  All the three officers have been designated as Secretaries to the Government. The Government has also ordered the promotion of  Faz Lul Haseeb, IAS (AGMUT:  2018) to the Senior Time Scale of IAS (Level 11 of Pay matrix) with effect from Ist January 2022.
