DC Ramban reviews implementation of flagship schemes

Ramban  : Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mussarat Islam Saturday chaired a meeting of district and sectoral officers to review the implementation PMJAY-SEHAT scheme, progress of development works and vaccination of age appropriate children ahead of reopening of schools.
Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajinder Sharma; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Harbans Lal; CPO, Dr. Kasturi Lal and other district and sectoral officers were present in the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the officers of executing agencies and other concerned departments to expedite the pace of execution of construction works and implementation of centrally sponsored schemes of their respective departments.
The DC directed the RDD to achieve 100% both physical and financial targets by completing all development works sanctioned under the RDD sector. He further directed for time bound completion of works of Jal Shakti, Health and PWD and other departments by accelerating pace of execution in the interest of local public.
On the occasion, the DC also hailed the achievements of various departments and appreciated the officers for working in close coordination.
He also asked the CEO and CMO to ensure vaccination of all teachers and children in the 15 to 17 year age group in view of reopening of schools in coming days. The DC asked the concerned officers to ensure every employee of their establishment has a Golden/Sehat card.
