EPFO RO Jammu redresses grievances of several stakeholders

Jammu  : “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” for the month of February, 2022 was conducted by Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional office Jammu and grievances of several stakeholders were resolved after.
The EPFO is servicing the entire Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances and facilitating stakeholders at various levels.
Considering the large number of grievances and to ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer and Covid-19 advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands-on demonstration.
The cases of Aminder Pal Singh, Veena Devi, Arvind Naz, Neetu Pandita, Vinod Kumar Zutsi, were settled and they returned from “Nidhi Apke Nika” held at EPFO with smiling faces
Meanwhile, RO, Kashmir also conducted “Nidhi Apke Nikat ” Programme and the grievances of Afroza Akhter, Mohammad Saleem, Madeena Akhter Sofi were redressed.
The endeavor of ‘Nidhi Apke Nikat” programme has always been to redress the maximum number of cases/grievances the same day or at the earliest.
