Ramban AYUSH sensitises people about importance of Yoga, Covid protocols, drugs de additions

Ramban : Department of Indian System of Medicine (ISM), AYUSH on Thursday organized awareness cum immunity booster distribution camp here at AYUSH, Health and Wellness Centre, Balyote .
The camp was organised under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner, Musarat Islam and District Nodal Officer AYUSH Dr. Sanjay Chadha which was attended by the General public besides officers and officials of the department
During the camp more than 550 immunity boosting kits of 6 Medicines were distributed among people in the wake of surge in Covid cases across the district.
Nodal Officer Immunity boosting, Dr. Masood Iqbal Zarger delivered a lecture on the importance of immunity boosting Ayurvedic and Unani drugs. He also sensitized the participants about importance of Yoga in daily life besides significance of implementation of Covid protocols in preventing spread of Covid infections.
Speaking on the occasion, the BDO Ramban, Vishal Atri also sensitized the people especially youth folk and asked them to keep away from drug abuse besides suggesting various measures for drug de-addiction to save their lives.
