March 12 National Lok Adalat: DLSA Ramban urges interested litigants to register their cases

Ramban  : District Legal Services Authority Ramban has invited the interested litigants to register their cases pending in the court or which are still to be instituted at pre-litigation stage for settlement in the National Lok Adalat being held on March 12, 2022 on the direction of National Legal Services Authority and U.T. of J&K LSA.
The District Legal Services Authority Ramban is going to organsie the Lok Adalat under the guidance of the Principal District & Session Judge, Haq Nawaz Zargar, who is also the Chairman District Legal Services Authority Ramban.
The interested litigants have been advised to approach to the concerned court and get fixed his/her case/cases in the National Lok Adalat or contact PLVs at nearby Legal Aid Clinics, who will help them in applying their cases to the concerned authority.
All cases including Criminal Compoundable Offence; NI Act cases under Section 138; Money Recovery cases; MACT cases; Labour disputes cases; Electricity and Water Bills, Matrimonial disputes , Revenue cases and Other civil cases etc would be taken up in Lok Adalat.
