DDC Poonch reviews physical, financial status of works under BADP & TSP

Poonch  : District Development Commissioner, Poonch, Inder Jeet Thursday reviewed the Physical and financial achievements of projects under BADP and TSP in the district.
The DDC took a comprehensive review of progress of projects undertaken by different departments and set deadlines for achieving the set targets.
It was informed in the meeting that Rs 1030.55 lakh have been allotted under Cluster Model Village, of which Rs 363.31 lakh has been incurred till December 31, 2021, while total allotment under TSP is Rs. 2853.19 lakh out of which Rs 843.95 lakh have been spent till December end.The District Development Commissioner asked the concerned officers to provide basic facilities to the tribal population including, adequate drinking water and power supply, provide electric poles and wire where needed, establish sheep units, Dairy units, provide them agricultural toolkits, construct playgrounds and modern classrooms etc.
The implementation of schemes of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Forest, Rural Development, Minor Irrigation, Power, Sericulture, Education, Youth Sports, PHE, Urban Development were thoroughly reviewed.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Poonch, Abdul Sattar, Chief Planning Officer, Madan Lal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Rajesh Lakhan, CMO, Dr. G.A Malik, CEO Education, Abdul Majid, Chief Agriculture Officer, Rakesh Kumar Sharma, HOD, Horticulture,Abdul Hamid, District Social Welfare Officer, Shakeel Ahmed, DYSSO, Mohd. Qasim, Xen REW, Hans Raj, Xen Jakshakti, Rajesh Sethi, TSWO, Mohd. Azam Rather, AD Handicraft, Abdul Jabar, AEE, PWD, Anwar Khan, AEE, PDD, Mohammad Khan, besides other concerned officers were present.
