‘Dastaq’ Digital Training prog continues at Shopian

Shopian : As part of ‘Dastaq’, a digital training programme was Wednesday organized at the Meeting Hall of Mini-Secretariat Arhama, here.
The training programme was presided over by District Development Commissioner, Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC said that a web portal namely Dastaq.in has been designed and put into the public sphere by District Administration which shall act as a single window platform for youth to get complete information about schemes/units of various departments and select their preferred sector to generate employment for themselves as well as for others.
The DDC motivated participants to establish business units to stand on their own legs to earn and live a nice life.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani said that aspirants do not need to visit in person to any of the government office to put an end to Red Tapism, Nepotism, Favouritism and corruption but just need to login online portal Dastaq.in where they can get all the information they require about various Centrally Sponsored and other schemes.
Near about 400 unemployed youth of the district were imparted training till date and motivated to establish units to generate employment to live a luxurious life by availing benefits under these schemes.
Among others, General Manager DIC Tanveer-ul- Majid, Assistant Director Planning, and other concerned officers besides applicants of various sectors interested to establish employment units through Dastaq Portal attended the training programme.
