Several public deputations call on DC Rajouri to project demands

Rajouri :Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, VikasKundal Monday met scores of public deputations who apprised him about a number of issues and local demands of their respective areas and sought early redress of the same.
A delegation from panchayatNerojal highlighted the issue of delay in the construction of a drain under PMGSY due to some disputes. The DC gave on spot directions to the concerned officer from PMGSY and tehsildar to visit the spot and get the issue redressed at the earliest.
Similarly, several other delegations apprised the DC about the issues and demands pertaining to different sectors including PWD, PDD, Jal Shakti, social welfare department etc.
The Deputy Commissioner passed instructions to the concerned officers to take effective measures for quality redress of the genuine public concerns within the shortest possible time.
While talking to the delegations, the DC reiterated that the District Administration Rajouri is committed to provide all the basic services at the doorsteps of the general public and solve their difficulties so that they don’t face any inconvenience.
