DC Bandipora visits police station, took stock of functioning, interacted with staff

Bandipora : Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Owais Ahmad on Monday during a surprise visit to Police Station Bandipora took stock of functioning of the police station. The DC Bandipora was given firsthand information regarding Serishta and CCTNS Lab. SSP Bandipora Mohammad Zahid and other officers of police were also present on this occasion.
Later on, DC Bandipora also interacted with SHO PS Bandipora and other staff of the police station and applauded their work culture and professionalism with regard to Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System and encouraged them to work with same zeal and zest so that general public of area get speedy redressal of their genuine grievances. Besides, he also appreciated their role in their action against the drug peddlers, gamblers and other anti-social elements.
