ADDC Udhampur reviews progress of works under RDD sector

Udhampur :To review the Blockwise status of works under District Capex 2021-22- BDC, DDC and PRIs grants and other schemes of RDD sector in the District, Additional District Development Commissioner, UdhampurKanta Devi Thursday convened a meeting of officers and field functionaries of Rural Development Department here at Conference Hall DC Office Complex .
She took a detailed Block wise review of the progress of works taken up under the District Capex budget, PradhanMantriAwasYojana (PMAY), Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), 14th FC and RGSA etc. She also assessed the status of the convergence plan to be taken up with various line departments.
During the meeting, modalities for framing of ADP for the financial year 2022-23 was also discussed and directions were issued to concerned officers to start the process in this regard.
The BDOs were asked to ensure the completion of the allotted works by March ending. She exhorted upon the officers and field functionaries to work with dedication and in a transparent manner to complete the works within the fixed time frame. She stressed upon the officers to maintain transparency and accountability in the execution of works.
The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, MudassirYaqoobZargar; DPO, SapnaKotwal; Assistant Commissioner Development, MushtaqChowdhary, all BDOs, Executive Engineer, AEEs and Technical staff.
