Kupwara :The District Information Officer, Kupwara, Mohammad Yousuf Mir was awarded on the eve of 73rd Republic Day celebration at DPL Kupwara for his distinguished and meritorious performance.
On the occasion, the Certificates of Appreciation were also given to the
