R-Day arrangements finalized at Kishtwar

Kishtwar : The arrangements for Republic Day celebrations were Wednesday finalized here at a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Ashok Kumar Sharma.
The meeting was attended by Senior Superintendent of Police KishtwarShafkat Hussain Bhat; Additional District Development Commissioner, Sham Lal; GM DIC Khalid Hussain Malik; Assistant Commissioner Revenue Akhter Hussain Qazi, besides other concerned District and Sectoral officers.
It was decided in the meeting that the venue for the celebration of republic Day 2022 will be at DC office Complex Mini secretariat Kishtwar, where the chief guest would unfurl the Tricolour and inspect the Parade.
The full dress rehearsal of republic Day shall be conducted on 24th January 2022 at the venue of the function and all district and Sectoral officers were asked to remain present.
Further, it was decided in the meeting that the celebration will be held amid strict adherence to COVID Appropriate Behaviour.
