DDC Rajouri reviews progress achieved in inoculation of 15-18 age group

Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, VikasKundal Monday chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to review the progress achieved in the vaccination of the 15-18 age group in the district.
Officers who attended the meeting included ADDC, Pawan Kumar; ACD, SushilKhajuria; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; DSEO, Bilal Rashid Mir; Dy CMO, Dr AneesAltafNabi; BDOs, BMOs and ZEOs.
Seeking a detailed report regarding the ongoing vaccination drive, , the DDC asked for expediting the pace to cover all eligible persons in the age group.
“There is dire need to work in a coordinated manner for getting all the eligible beneficiaries in the 15-18 age group vaccinated at the earliest”, the DDC said.
He also directed the concerned officers to generate mass awareness among the targeted group about the benefits of vaccines so that they come forward voluntarily for vaccination.
