Jammu | Jan,14, 2022: Armed Police Headquarters (APHQ) has condoled the demise of father in law of senior IPS Officer and ADGP Armed J&K Police S J M Gilani.
A statement issued from Armed Police Headquarters reads “With profound grief and sorrow, we regret to inform the sad demise of the Father-in-Law of S.J.M Gillani ADGP Armed who departed for his heavenly abode on January 12 (Wednesday) at his Home Town Guwahati, Assam.
The statement further said that a meeting of all the officers and staff members of Armed Police Headquarters J&K led by Mahmood Ahmed Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K was held on Friday at APHQ Jammu in which the department condoled the demise of Father-in-Law ofS.J.M Gillani-IPS and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul. “The department prayed for fortitude and forbearance of Mrs. & Mr. S.J.M Gillani and their bereaved family”, the statement reads further
