Anantnag: The Department of Youth Services & Sports Anantnag Wednesday celebrated National Youth Day to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda.
The Programme was organized at District Youth Services & Sports Office Anantnag, Zonal Headquarter Bijbehara, Dooru and Mattan.
On the occasion, Panel Discussion, Yoga Meditation and other activities were carried out. Speakers also threw light on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
The participation was limited to 25 persons at each venue owing to the adherence of Covid-19 protocols by adopting CAB.
Earlier, the virtual inauguration of the programme by the Prime Minister was attended by the ZPEOs/PEl’s/PEM’s/PET’s/ReK’s/NYC’s besides students through virtual mode.
