Beopar Mandal Udhampur decides to follow ‘No Mask No Sale’ rule to contain 3rd Wave

Udhampur|  : BeoparMandalUdhampur Wednesday decided to follow the ‘No Mask No Sale’ rule to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 disease.
President BeoparMandal, JitendraVermani stated that BeoparMandalUdhampur has issued list of dos’ and don’ts for business establishments and customers to create awareness regarding COVID Appropriate Behaviour & highlight the importance of safety measures for curbing the spread of Covid-19.
He added that BeoparMandal has decided to follow “No Mask No Sale” rule to deny sale of commodities to customers coming to shops without a Mask.
In this connection, he requested the business establishments to ensure that those visting their shops without face masks will not be provided required materials.
President BeoparMandal advised the public as well as shopkeepers and customers to strictly adhere to the SOPs and follow Covid appropriate behavior like wearing face masks, maintaining social distancing and washing hands frequently. He urged the people and customers to avoid aimless roaming in the markets and ensure COVID-19 appropriate behaviour in the larger public interest.
He appealed to the customers and general public to cooperate with the District Administration to beat the pandemic by following the SOPs issued by the UT Government from time to time. He further said that there is an urgent need to follow all the Covid-19 SOPs. District Administration Udhampur appreciated the unique initiative taken by BeoparMandalUdhampur for general public to beat the deadly pandemic.
