Youth NC leader Kaisar Ahmad nominated chairperson for Health and Education

Srinagar | : Srinagar District Development Council, chairperson on Tuesday constituted five standing committees for finance, development, public works, health and education and welfare and nominated its members including chairpersons and vice-chairpersons for the district.
According to an order chairperson DDC Srinagar, constituted a meeting in the meeting hall of Directorate of Rural Development Kashmir at Lal Mandi Srinagar in terms of seven clear days notice for constitution of Standing Committees.
“As per the provisions of Section 45-D Standing Committees for Finance, Development, Public Works, Health and Education and Welfare are hereby constituted by the District Development Council Srinagar,” it reads.
As per the order Bilal Ahmad Bhat has been nominated as chairperson, Shameema Bano and Aijaz Hussain Rather as members of the Standing Committee for Finance, while Manzoor Ahmad Bhat has been nominated as chairperson, Rizwana Bano and Afroza Banu as members of the Standing Committee for Development.
The order stated that Ali Mohammad Rather has been nominated chairperson, Mohammad Shaban Chopan and Aijaz Hussain Rather as members of the Standing Committee for Welfare, while Kaisar Ahmad as chairperson, Shabir Ahmad Reshi and Aijaz Hussain Rather as members of the Standing Committee for Health and Education and Mohammad Yaseen Rather as chairperson, Jameela Begum and Shaista Aslam as members of the Standing Committee for Welfare.
The order further stated that chairperson DDC Srinagar will be the ex-officio member of all standing committees without right to vote.
