Vijay Lochan Provincial President

JAMMU/: With the approval of Provincial President Jammu Province Mr Rattan Lal Gupta. Mr Vijay Lochan nominated seven Vice Presidents, Seven Secretaries and One Joint Secretary of SC Cell Jammu Province to strengthen the party at gross root level.
Mr Ved Prakash, Mr Mela Ram Bhatwal, Mr Jagga Ram Bhagat, Mr Ashok Kumar Bhatta, Mr Dewan Chand Bhagat, Mr Jagdish Bhaderwaj and Mr Deepak Attri have been nominated as Vice Presidents.
Mr Simar Dass, Mr Joginder , Mr Prem Kumar, Mr Balak Ram Rasotra, Mr Karam Chand , Mr Ashok Kumar and Mr Madan Lal shall be Secretaries of the SC Cell.
Mr Raj Kumar will be Joint Secretary.
In the meanwhile Mr Karan Kumar Bhatwal has been nominated as District President SC Cell, Jammu Rural ‘A’ and he have been asked to constitute district team.
Mr Gupta congratulated newly constituted Provincial Office bearers of SC Cell Jammu Province and hoped that Provincial Office bearers, District office bearers SC Cell shall reach to the gross root level to mitigate the sufferings of the people in their respective areas and shall strengthen the party at gross root level. He asked the newly office bearers of SC Cell to identify themselves with the problems of the people in their respective areas.
