DIC conducts awareness campaign through announcement on CAB & Vaccination drive at Udhampur

Udhampur/: To sensitize the common masses about the Covid-19 Appropriate behavior and vaccination, District Information Centre Udhampur today conducted an awareness campaign through announcement under the supervision of District Information Officer, Rajinder Kumar Digra in the vicinity of Udhampur Town.
While briefing the media, the DIO said that the main objective of conducting this awareness campaign is to generate awareness among the masses about Covid-19 Appropriate behavior and vaccination. He also advised the common masses not to panic and protect themselves and their loved ones from corona virus.
“It is very simple if you follow basic protocols like wearing face masks, using hand sanitizer, washing hands regularly with soap and maintaining social distance”, he added.
He informed that precautions are necessary tools for further containment of COVID-19 which the District Administration has been constantly working on under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Indu Kanwal Chib.
During the campaign, Officials of Information Department made public aware through announcement about Covid-19 and appealed the masses to adhere to the Covid appropriate behaviour.
