Srinagar: Chairman People’s Democratic Front (PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Mohammed Yaseen has expressed profound grief and shock over the casualties of devotees in a stampede at Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra .
In a statement issued here on Saturday Hakeem has expressed his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families of the devotees who have died in the stampede . He has urged management of the SMVDB to take all the required precautions to check such unfortunate incidents during religious gatherings in future .
