To form New Group JK Bank Officers meet held in Srinagar

Srinagar/Dec, 25: JK bank Officers in a series of meetings, today at Mughal Darbar restaurant Mustafa Abad Srinagar decided and pledged to form fresh / new group in upcoming Elections for Office Bearers/Association to tackle the bank employee’s grievances at the utmost level and refuted the services of former Associations /Unions on the helm of affairs from the last seven years.

While taking oath Mr. Mohammad Amin Khan and other three Ex-officers and Unionists were present as Special Guests, participants in one voice agreed and approved their consent for the endorsement to form a New Group/Association and to decide to address the genuine grievances of employees. “There are thousands of issues which are not being paid heed to address and could have relieved the employer as such he himself is a human being and has families and responsibilities”, one employee said.

While another employee said, “To form a union is purposefully to minimize the gap between management and staff and strengthen further bond, otherwise have no intention to create gaps and further alienation between Institution and employee”. My bank is first to me then I am an employee. I affirm it and strongly believe he added further.

“Earlier association proved vulnerable and egocentric to shield blue eyed persons and chiefs only at extreme and went in dormant state, the employee’s issues remain and further aggravated”, another participant said.
