Shopian | : A Kisan-Mela cum Livestock Mandi was Friday organised by the Chief Animal Husbandry Office (Department of Animal Husbandry Shopian) at Poultry Project Shirmal, here.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmed Simnani was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Simnani distributed the Cows among the beneficiaries, selected through a draw of lots, for the milk village established under Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) while observing Good Governance Week as part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ campaign.
The Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Shopian, Ishrat Shakeel, Officers/ Officials of Animal Husbandry Department Shopian were present on the occasion.
