Shopian | : To enhance the responsive Administration at the grass-roots level, multiple activities were Friday carried out by ARTO Shopian and his team at Batpora Bus Stand as part of the ‘Good Governance Week’.
A number of vehicles were inspected and the fit ones were provided Fitness Certificates on the spot.
A signature campaign to promote Road Safety was also conducted and a number of drivers signed under the Road Safety Pledge written on a banner.
Road Safety Posters were also distributed among different road users. Besides, Registration Certificates were also distributed among the owners of newly registered vehicles.
On the occasion, ARTO Shopian, Muazzam Ali said that the practices which have been initiated and adopted during “Good Governance Week” will be carried forward and implemented in future as well.
