Kupwara | : Vice Chairman DDC Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir and Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din Wednesday visited homes of 2 minor children who died yesterday in an incident at Gagal Lolab. SDM Lolab, Aijaz Ahmad Bhat; SDPO Sogam and other concerned accompanied the dignitaries.
On the occasion, the dignitaries expressed deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives of the minor children and offered condolences with the bereaved families. They expressed sympathy with the bereaved families and prayed for the departed young souls.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner gave away cash of Rs.10000 to each bereaved family as an immediate relief under District Red Cross Fund.
