5 distt SPs among 27 police officers transfers

Srinagar gets new police chief, Sheema moved to CID Hqrs

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of 27 police officers including five district SPs and SSP Traffic City Srinagar. While outgoing SSP Srinagar Sandeep Chowdhry has been posted SSP Cyber Crime Investigation Centre For Excellence, the outgoing SSP Rajouri Sheema Nabi Qasba has been posted SP (Tech), CID Hqrs. An order issued from the J&K Home Department on transfers and postings of 27 police officers reads as under :
1.Javid Ahmed Koul, IPS, SSP Traffic City Srinagar, is transferred and posted as SO to ADGP, Traffic J&K with additional charge of the posts of DIG, Traffic, Jammu and DIG, Traffic, Kashmir.
2. Shridhar Patil, IPS, awaiting orders of posting upon modification of transfer on deputation to Ladakh, is posted as AIG (Tech) PHQ, against an available vacancy.
3. Dr. Vinod Kumar, IPS, SSP, Poonch, is transferred and posted as SSP, Udhampur.
4. Sargun Shukla, IPS, SSP, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as SO to IGP Technical Services.
5. Sandeep Choudhary, IPS, SSP Srinagar, is transferred and posted as SSP Cyber Crime Investigation Center for Excellence (CICE).
6. Rakesh Balwal, IPS, awaiting orders of posting is posted as SSP Srinagar.
7. Abhishek Mahajan, IPS, awaiting orders of posting is posted as SP Samba.
8. Sheema Nabi Qasba IPS, SP Rajouri is transferred and posted as SP (Tech), CID Hqrs.
9. Lakshya Sharma, IPS, SP (Tech), CID Hqrs, is transferred and posted as SP South, Srinagar.
10. Mohita Sharma, IPS, SP North, Jammu, is transferred and posted as SP, Ramban.
11. Zahid Nasim Manhas, Commandant 1st Border Bn Jammu, is transferred and posted as SSP CID Hqrs. J&K.
12. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, SSP Samba, is transferred and posted as Commandant IR-22nd Bn.
13.Mohd Aslam, SSP CID Hqrs. J&K, is transferred and posted as SSP Rajouri.
14. Mumtaz Ahmed, SSP, Doda, is transferred and posted as Commandant 1st Border Bn, Jammu.
15. Rohit Baskotra, SP CID, SB Jammu, is transferred and posted as SP, Poonch.
16. Arun Gupta, SP CICE, is transferred and posted as SP CID, SB Jammu.
17. Liaqat Ali, Addl. SP Poonch, is transferred and posted as SP APCR Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
18. Rakesh Kumar, SO to ADGP, Traffic J&K, is transferred and shall await further posting in PHQ.
19. Sanjay Kumar Bhagat, SO to IGP Technical Services, is transferred and posted as Commandant Women Battalion Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
20. Abdul Qayoom, Addl. SP Bhaderwah, is transferred and posted as SP Doda.
21. Rajinder Kumar Katoch, Commandant IR-22nd Bn., is transferred and posted as SO to DIG, JKS Range, against an available vacancy.
22. Muzaffar Ahmad Shah, Dy. Commandant. IR- 11th Bn., is transferred and posted as SP Traffic City Srinagar.
23. Sajad Ahmad Shah, SP South, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant, IR-11th Bn.
24. Irshad Hussain Rather, SP Hazratbal, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Addl. SP Handwara.
25.Mashkoor Ahmed Zargar, Addl. SP Handwara, is transferred and posted as SP Hazratbal, Srinagar.
26. Pushkar Nath Tikoo, Dy. Commandant IR-5th Bn. is transferred and posted as Addl. SP CID (CI), Jammu.
27. Kulbir Chand Handa, Addl. SP CID (CI), Jammu, is transferred and posted as SP North, Jammu.
