Srinagar | : As part of ongoing country-wide celebrations of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav & under the aegis of Civic Action Programme, Police organized a painting competition at Deaf & Dumb School Rambagh.
Large number of students from District Srinagar participated in this competition with zeal & zest. They beautifully portrayed their perception and produce colourful drawings. At the conclusion of the competition, the best adjudged participants were also felicitated with cash prizes and refreshment was served to all participants.
On the occasion, SP City South Srinagar congratulated the winners as well as participants for joining the competition & highlighted the objective of celebrating the “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” and the role of women in the freedom struggle and social reforms in India.
