Hakeem grieved over loss of lives in Doda road accident

Srinagar : Chairman People’s Democratic Front (J&K PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the death of 6 passengers and injuries to 8 passengers in a tragic road accident in Top Neel area of Doda Tuesday .
In a statement issued heron Tuesday , Hakeem while expressing shock and grief over the loss of lives and injuries to other passengers in a road accident in Top Neel area of Doda ,has blamed concerned traffic and transport authorities for its failure to curb rash driving and over loading in passenger buses in hilly terrain of Doda and Kishtwar areas that witness frequent road accidents . He has also accounted poor condition and in adequate maintenance of roads main cause of the frequent road accidents . He has urged the government to strictly curb the menace of over loading and rash driving on roads to check road accidents . He has demanded adequate ex gratia relief to the bereaved families . Hakeem also expressed sympathies with the bereaved families .
