Ramban |: Government Degree College Ukhral organised an awareness Lecture to mark the Anti-Corruption Day. The program was inaugurated by College Principal Prof. (Dr.) Ranvijay Singh. He talked on corruption and encouraged the audience to work on innovative solutions aimed at winning the battle against corruption.
Prof. Zakir Hussain, convener, highlighted the rights and responsibilities of everyone in tackling corruption. The programme was organized under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Dr. Altaf Rasool (HOD Education) talked about the ways to combat this global ill. Furthermore, he highlighted the role of every individual of society in tackling the issue of corruption.
The programme was moderated by Prof. Rafia Bano (HOD Sociology) who also talked about the event.
