GDC Doda organises career counselling extension lecture

Doda : Government Degree College Doda, in collaboration with District Employment Centre, Wednesday organised an extension lecture on career counselling and skill development here under patronage of Dr. Attar Singh Kotwal, principal of the college.
Dr. Sushant Mahajan, Assistant director employment Doda, interacted with the students and discussed the different schemes of Govt of India and Jammu and Kashmir for the unemployed youth of J & K. He also advised the students to stay updated regarding these schemes and get maximum benefits of the same .
Manujender Singh, incharge skill development district Doda also interacted with the students and talked about the different skill development schemes available in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dr. Ajaz A. Wani, Head of Department Zoology and IQAC Coordinator motivated the students to get maximum benefits of these schemes of Govt. of India and act as the ambassadors for the dissemination of information in their respective places. The programme culminated with the vote of thanks by Prof. Mohammad Ashraf, convener of Career Counseling cell GDC Doda.
