Doda: Two day FoSTaC workshop under “Eat Right Challenges” – an initiative activity B1 under Eat Right Challenge conducted by the Department of Food Safety DFCO Doda concluded here Saturday .
The Business Operators from all walks of life participated in the workshop including Karyana Beoparmandal association Doda, Hotel associations Doda, Sweets associations Doda , Meat & chicken associations, Fruit Associations etc.
The training partners Green Food Consultancy Delhi led by Shantna Gupta Food Technologist & Dr. Rukhsar, Sumit project Coordinator imparted an online training program to the participants free of cost.
During the workshop Food Safety training was the main objective, while online certifications (Mandatory) were also issued for the same training. All the aspects about Food Safety were elaborated at length during the training.
Speaking on the occasion, ADC Doda enlightened the real theme & purpose of the Workshop.
Taraq Ahmed Butt, Assistant Commissioner Food Safety District Doda welcomed the Guests & participants & media persons from print & Electronic media and explored the theme Eat Safe, Eat Healthy & Fortified. He threw light on the aim of FoSTaC in a broader spectrum and also appreciated the Food Safety Officers of the District for their dedication & working behavior. Maximum participants in the training registered for Online Certifications.
