Ramban : District Legal Services Authority Ramban, in compliance to directions of the J&K LSA, organized a Legal awareness programme for women under NLSA-NCW “Collaborative Project” on the topic “Empowerment of Women” here under the Chairmanship and able guidance of Haq Nawaz Zargar, Chairman DLSA (Pr. Distt. & Sessions Judge) Ramban.
The programme was attended by Munsiff JMIC, Ramban, Anganwari Workers, female Teachers, Sr. Teachers, Lecturers and Asha Workers. A large number of women Lecturers of Government Higher Secondary School Ramban and special speaker Raj Singh highlighted role of NLSA and J&K LSA for organising Legal awareness programmes to aware all sections of the society besides providing Legal Services to weaker sections of the society through large network of PLVs and legal services institutions.
